the advertising world there are many logos that have symmetry.

Some have line symmetry and others have rotational symmetry.

Here
are two Australian TV station logos that use both types
of symmetry.

ABC logo has two lines of line symmetry and rotational symmetry
of order two.

The
dots in the Channel Nine logo have four lines of line symmetry

and rotational symmetry of order four.
